Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
3 Tablespoons canola oil
3-4 Tablespoons milk
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
Combine buttermilk, egg, and oil in measuring cup and whisk together.
Pour buttermilk mixture in to dry ingredients and mix until combined with a wooden spoon.
The batter will be really thick.
Cook over medium-high heat until golden, flipping once after bubbles appear.
Serve with butter and choice of toppings.
Syrup, berries or bananas.
