Autumn Days

We've had some wonderful weather this autumn up until November 18th.  Keith and I went for a little afternoon drive in the Magnum to Blake's on Sunday the 13th to pick up some apple cider and donuts.  It was a beautiful, bright, sunny day with just a little bit of cool air in the breeze---yet still warm enough to go without a jacket.  It was nice for just the two of us to get away together for a while too!
While we were at Blake's we had some hard cider and enjoyed the sunshiney day!
On the way home we stopped by this old tire repair shop--- just to check it out.
I met Stephenie and Ryan at the park during the week one day and we sat near the duck pond for a while with Ryan.  Then we took Ryan over to the swing set. Ryan loves to swing at the park.  He's such a cutie!

On November 18th---- we had sunshine and near 70 degrees.  The next morning it was 36 degrees and the LCN Marching Crusaders had the honor of ushering Mr. and Mrs. Claus in the Macomb County Santa Parade at downtown Mount Clemens.  I met my friends Shelley and Corrine at the parade.  We had a great time watching the floats, cartoon characters, local officials, service men and women, and the various vehicles that passed by.

I just love this old Dodge Sevice truck towing Mr. And Mrs. Claus in the parade.

It's hard to believe that November is almost over already!
