Rice Krispies Nests

Ingredients:

1/4  teaspoon water

2-4  drops green food coloring

1/2  cup flaked coconut

3  Tablespoons butter

5-1/2  cups mini marshmallows

6  cups Rice Krispies

Miniature speckled candy eggs

Method:

Spray mini muffin-pan cups with baking spray.

In a small bowl mix together water and food coloring.

Add coconut and stir until tinted.

Spread on baking sheet to dry.

In a large saucepan melt butter on low heat.

Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

Remove from heat.

Add Rice Krispies.  Stir until completely coated.

Shape Rice Krispies mix into muffin-pan cups to form a nest.

Cool, then remove from cups.

Decorate with coconut and candy eggs.

Store in airtight container.
